A visionary entrepreneur and community builder, she is expanding her brand into a full-scale winery village resort rooted in agriculture, education, and cultural legacy. Through wine, business, and philanthropy, she is redefining what modern wine ownership looks like—bold, inclusive, and purpose-driven.

Gabriel Rubilar

Winemaker / Consultant

Gabriel Santiago Rubilar is an Argentinian Master Winemaker specializing in premium boutique wineries. He has more than 16 years of experience crafting unique wines from Argentina Mendoza Uco vally (Trivento, Niesto Senetiner, Estancia Mendoza) to California (Lynmar Estate) and the east coast of the USA. With over 85 of his wines awarded nationally and internationally, Gabriel set his focus on connecting the terroir of each vineyard with the customer.
