Gabriel Santiago Rubilar is an Argentinian Master
Winemaker specializing in premium boutique wineries. He has more than 16 years of experience crafting unique wines from Argentina Mendoza Uco valley ( Trivento, Niesto Senetiner, Estancia Mendoza) to California ( Lynmar Estate ) and the east coast of the USA. With over 85 of his wines awarded nationally and internationally, Gabriel set his focus on connecting the terroir of each vineyard with the customer.

Tyler Hartman
REVENUE DIRECTOR OF WINE SALES
Tyler has 5+ years of experience in the sales and marketing side along with 4+ years of wine production experience. He has had the privilege of running a wine bar in Chestertown, MD for many years as well as making wine out of Baltimore, MD. With the combination of both experience and personality Tyler has been able to help bring Bohemia Manor Winery to new levels.

Brian Bobak
VINEYARD MANAGER
Brian has six years of experience in the winemaking industry, including two years in the tasting room and as a cellar hand in Huntly, Virginia; four years managing vineyards, wine clubs, and events at a winery resort in Southern New Jersey; and one year managing Bohemia Manor Farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. His educational background includes a winemaking certificate from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
